  • We do not currently -obtain payments for our services via credit/debit card

Comments

When visitors leave comments/reviews about our site on CAMC, Google or our Facebook page and other campsite finders, we may publish them on this websites reviews page to help others make an informed discision who are contemplating a visit. If you do provide feedback this may be used for marketing purposes, but we will not disclose any of your personal information

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When you make an enquiry via the contact form, I will receive your name, email address, phone/contact no., club membership no., subject & message if filled in from this website. I will only use these details to process and deliver your booking or enquiry, or deal with any queries you have related to that.

In particular, we work with Freetobook who provide our booking engine (we currently do not use processing of Debit and credit card information). We also supply your email address to Freetobook for the sole purpose of obtaining feedback about your stay. You are under no obligation to provide such feedback, and you will only receive 1 email from our partner. If you do provide feedback this may be used for marketing purposes, but we will not disclose any of your personal information.

Please rest assured that we only share your personal data as necessary for any third party to provide the services as requested or as needed on our behalf. These third parties (and any subcontractors) are subject to strict data processing terms and conditions and are prohibited from utilising, sharing or retaining your personal data for any purpose other than as they have been specifically contracted for (or without your consent).

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your'e booking or complying with the law. We will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Freetobook online booking system (to process your booking, payment/s and provide availability calendar for pitches)
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, nor will we provide your personal data to third parties, unless obligated by law, for instance in case of a lawful request by law enforcement authorities.

How long we retain your data

We take all reasonable technical and organisational precautions to store your information in a secure manner and prevent its loss or misuse.

Your data is stored on a secure database operated by our booking manager freetobook. This database is fully compliant with the GDPR data rules.

This freetobook database does not store or capture any personal data other than as detailed above. Neither Newton Grove or freetobook will transfer any personal data to any other party if it is not part of the booking and review process.

Booking forms are kept in a secure location and can only be accessed by authorised personnel, forms are only kept for as long as is reasonable and destroyed using a security grade shredder.

What rights you have over your data

You may request that we provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information will be subject to the supply of appropriate evidence of your identity ( e.g. a photocopy of your passport certified by a solicitor or bank plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address)

You also have the right to request that we delete and destroy your personal data. Subject to providing evidence of your identity (see above) we will be happy to comply with a request to delete your data.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
